Lisa speaks from the heart and is a gifted storyteller. Her decades of experience as a leader in both the corporate and public sectors provide a rich well of real-life success stories and lessons learned. She has a talent for connecting the head to the heart in a way that initiates action.

As a coach, Lisa helps leaders align their practices with their values by creating a safe and trusting relationship that pushes clients through discomfort to achieve breakthroughs. Lisa partners with organizational leaders to align their organizations from top to bottom to achieve maximum impact.

Lisa has designed and facilitated leadership programs for over 30 years. Her award-winning, innovative designs have helped thousands of people successfully reach their next level of leadership in organizations of all sizes. Her fully customized, large-scale leadership programs are introspective, action oriented, and mirror real-world experiences that elevate leadership capacity.

Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of South Dakota, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development & Training from Saint Cloud State University and became a Certified Leadership Coach in 2004. Lisa is also a passionate advocate for public education serving on boards related to public education at the local and state level.
